Cancellation Policy
Some of our products are available for subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This cancellation policy explains how to change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions
With a subscription, we deliver products to you on a recurring basis. These deliveries are based on the subscription term and frequency you select.
Your payment details are stored securely and, unless you choose to pay in advance, you will be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the subscription term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that is out of stock or an upcoming item not yet in stock. We may take no payment at checkout, or take partial payment and store your payment method, then charge you the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You can cancel a pre-order that you have not yet fully paid for. Once your order has been completed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more information about returns and refunds, please see our return policy.

Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we will authorize your payment method before your order is finalized. You will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned by the end of that period, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
