Your JAPAN BOX is shipped once every month.

1. Your First Order

Your first payment will be charged immediately when you place your order.

Orders placed on or before the 20th of each month will be shipped within the same month.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local shipping conditions and customs clearance. Occasionally, delays may occur.

2. Monthly Automatic Payments

After your first order, your subscription will automatically renew on the 10th of each month, subject to the minimum billing interval explained below.

Your payment method will be charged automatically, so there's no need to place a new order every month.

3. Minimum 10-Day Billing Interval

To ensure you're not charged again too soon after your first purchase, there will always be at least 10 days between your first and second payments.

If your next scheduled billing date falls within 10 days of your first payment, your next charge will be postponed to the following month's billing date.

Examples

• First order: September 25 → Next payment: October 10
• First order: October 5 → Next payment: November 10
• First order: October 15 → Next payment: November 10
• First order: November 5 → Next payment: December 10

After your second payment, your subscription will continue to renew automatically on the 10th of each month.

4. Orders Placed After the 20th

If you place your first order between the 21st and the last day of the month, you will still receive that month's box, but it will be shipped the following month.

Your next payment will be automatically charged on the 10th of the following month, provided that at least 10 days have passed since your first payment.

Example:

• First order: September 25 → September Box shipped in October → Next payment: October 10

Subscription Boxes: Shipping is completely FREE, with no additional shipping fees!
